Ilmo Design Partner Terms

1. What Ilmo provides

Access to the Ilmo platform (live quiz creation, hosting, and results/analytics) for your organisation during the design-partner pilot. Phase 1 covers quiz features only; further modules may be offered separately.

2. Design-partner arrangement

You participate as a design partner: you agree to use Ilmo with real activity, report defects, and provide reasonable structured feedback (a short call or written notes at least monthly). In return you receive the pilot pricing in §3 and early input into the roadmap.

3. Fees

Months 1–3: free.

From month 4: £25 per month, invoiced monthly by Data Solutionz Ltd, payable within 14 days. This is a cost-recovery pilot rate, reviewed quarterly with notice; any change takes effect from the next quarter and you may cancel before it applies.

4. Your data

Content you create (quizzes, questions) and data your usage generates (sessions, results) belong to you. We process it only to provide the service. On termination we will, on request within 30 days, provide an export of your quizzes and results, then delete your organisation’s data within a reasonable period.

5. Participants and children

Game participants join with a nickname only; no participant accounts or personal data are required in phase 1. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your own obligations to your users (including any safeguarding duties where minors participate in sessions you host).

6. Data protection

We act as processor for personal data within your organisation account (e.g. host emails); you are the controller. We use reputable sub-processors (currently: Supabase — database/auth hosting; Vercel — application hosting; Anthropic — AI generation when you use that feature; Resend — transactional email). We apply organisation-level data isolation and will notify you without undue delay of any personal-data breach affecting your account.

7. Service expectations (pilot)

Ilmo is pre-1.0 and provided “as is” during the pilot: no uptime SLA, features may change, and we may schedule maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of disruptive changes. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Contributed platform content

Where you choose to submit content (e.g. quizzes) to the shared Ilmo platform library: you confirm you have the rights to it; you grant Data Solutionz Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt, and make it available to other Ilmo organisations (with attribution where you choose it); you retain ownership and may keep using your content anywhere. Submission is voluntary per item, and platform publication is at our editorial discretion.

9. Case study and logo

We may name your organisation as a design partner and, with your prior written approval of the specific content, publish a short case study. You may withdraw this permission for future use at any time.

10. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to breach tenant isolation or disrupt the service, no resale of access outside your organisation.

11. Term and termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend immediately for material breach (incl. non-payment after reminder, or acceptable-use violations). §4 (data export) survives termination.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Updated terms will be versioned and presented for re-acceptance when material.
